What Is FutureHER?
FutureHER is a transformative pipeline program focused on expanding access to high-growth STEM careers, including:
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Cybersecurity
Robotics
Data Science
Participants gain technical exposure, career readiness skills, and leadership development, while building confidence and clarity around future academic and career pathways.
Who Should Join?
This program is designed for:
High school female students
First- and second-year college students
Young women based in New Haven County
Ages approximately 14–20
